Registration Policies:

• Deadline for author/presenter registration is May 31, 2009 (US Eastern Time), and for early registration is June 15, 2009 (US Eastern Time). A fully completed registration form is required.
• One registration fee from each author can only cover two papers. If you have more than two papers, you have to pay additional registration fee.
• Online registration is preferred. However, registration is also accepted via fax and mail.
• Please make check payable to: CSISS Foundation.
• Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via Email within ten working days.
• Refund policies:
-- Refund processing fee is $50 USD before June 30. No refund after June 30.
-- $50 USD fee assessed for returned checks or for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges.
